Medication for mild bacne?

is there anything less strong than accutane? i wont take accutane since the acne is only on the back and chest, it doesnt bother me as much since face is clear after tretinoin.

im literally using tretinoin, tretinoin is the more harsh and more effective version of retinoid, anyway i need oral medicine for backne since i cba putting it on the back and chest.
