I meditated like 5 times last month first sesh was
Extremely good and eye opening then the rest just felt ass and forced like i was just doing shit

I have really bad mental health and anxiety these days so i need something to cope with that and idk if the meditation is working


So question of thread is should i keep meditating or just stop and find something else to do and is it cope
