You can't go outside because of how hot it is, the streets are completely empty. People either refuge in their basements / offices, or go to the beach to get cancer.

But in Winter it's a moderate temperature so you can calmly appreciate the beauty of the towns

Agree hard. When ever I go to a med town, be it in Europe or Africa or Western Asia, I feel relaxed as shit. When I come back to the city life of Western Europe everything becomes gray and depressing.
