Medium vs shaved sides: Which hair helps disguise low IPD/ES ratio the most?

I know that hair won’t cure it but which one disguises it the most? We know that hair can be used to somewhat hide failos.

I don't think medium and shaved sides affect the ES ratio differently.
The only way to change ES ratio with hair is covering your zygos with long curtains

Ahh, I thought it would as they affect the width of your face/head.

Bump as I’ve figured out the answer by analysing my own pics.

If you have low IPD/ES ratio, shaved sides are better. Creating more head width (with more hair) also creates the illusion of narrower IPD. Narrower temples balances out narrow IPD.

Explains why I look so aspie with medium sides.

It's simple, really

The aesthetic effect of IPD is not really about the absolute distance between the pupils. It's about the ratio between the absolute distance between the pupils and the bizygomatic width (essentially width of your face). So change the width of your face to harmonize this ratio. For the low iq, here is the spoon fed version:

If your IPD is too narrow, then keep the side short.
If your IPD is too wide, then grow out the sides.

Of course these are only masking strategies. To fix IPD surgically is impossible.

like let's say you have low ipd due to wide ass zygos

wouldn't shaved make the sides of forehead narrower which is better

dont curtains make forehead appear wider which worsens it

cause i have wide zygos and narrow ipd combo
can i use curtains to make it appear wider since shaved doesn't work for me i got big forehead need to hide it
