His entire life is based on his looks. Not only is he able to make 99th percentile quality life out of it (any model basically), with infinite female validation, money, travel, absolute hedonism basically, he was forgiven for brutal, inconsiderate crimes solely, and I mean solely, because of his looks.
Beneath our bones and melanin we're all separated only by our brain chemistry. Unfortunately we live in a world where your self-perception and thoughts are influenced so much by how you are perceived by society (which is primarily looks), that individuality is shunned, by both society and consequently your brain. Group think and the whole aspect of "cringing" at something is part of the reason why people are afraid to stand out. It is what it is.
