His name is Jock The Mogger and as you can already guess... he most likely mogs everyone.

He looks insane in this colored though, I was judging mostly by the pictures I saw on Instagram. Here he looks like a different being from the instagram pictures where he looks mostly like Shrek human version.

1st pic is not realistic, nor I find it really good-looking tbh. If it was an actual real life looking person, he'd look something like this more or less, which is not that impressive and would easily get mogged even by some irl chads:

You see, these morphs you mentioned have a typical attractive yet very digital / artificial looking enhanced eye contrast, particularly 2 and 4. They look quite good abstractly speaking, but this sort of appeal is not realistic, they basically look any HTN+ person with FaceApp "Hollywood" filter.

And this meeks morph is definitely not top tier mogger, he is like low chad with a stretch. Even my random recent meeks morph mogs him easy. And I'd say jock mogs my meeks morph.

Jock is just on a different level, a truly high tier chad.
