Today at 5p.m I will meet with some of my friends. Should I just eat one big protein meal and lots of potassium so I have enough protein and still be debloated? Also should I do 1-2h low intensity cardio to debloat?
I think it’s the best way, because I can eat something with them as „cheat“ but I won’t be bloated and got nearly all my protein in. Thoughts?
