I found this while looking into the history of single - surgery ascensions for a future post, possibly the most beautiful thing I've ever seen online.

This was the before and after of a single surgery performed by Dr. Barry Eppley, the patient got Custom Wrap Around Jaw Implant, Buccal Lipectomy with Lipo, and Submentoplasty, with a total overall cost of $19,000, which is less than what the average car costs.
The before was easily subhuman, and he ascended hard, straight to a strong Chadlite+ side, possibly even Chad. Bear in mind, this was through a singular procedure. The patient documented their before and after in an old Realself thread.
The patient updated us 3 years after the surgery was initially done, here are a few photos of him in motion:
Here is was his update on how everything was going:
"I don't know if anyone is still following this thread but I thought I'd provide an update. Implant is still in place and no issues so far.

Just from his few photos, this guy just seems like your average joe, likely a blue collar worker. This man was likely subhuman for most of his life, and one day, put a mere $19,000 in and was reincarnated. This is possibly for everyone, not just him. He isn't a singular case, hundreds to thousands have had this exact experience, why not you? Why not dedicate yourself to be more, to truly live, and be happy? Nothing separates you from this person. If you were to work a minimum wage job and save up your money for a year, you would be able to afford the exact procedure this man went through, you too could be reincarnated.
Not like he's alone in this either:
