I have this theory in mind. Basically it involves taking more than the recommended dose of creatine to look big in nightclubs within a short period of time.
>you take 2 or more scoops per day and focus on building a pump via Olympic bar curls
>cut caffeine and alcohol
>drink lots of water
>continue this for about a month then wear tight black shirts
