I just started taking creatine 5 mg per day might move up to 10 mg, I have noticed my muscles appearing more full and bigger, but I was wondering if the creatine would bloat me or do I not have to worry about it? Also Is 10 mg a better dose than 5 mg or maybe even higher.

Fcking obviously?
What does creatine do? - It fills muscles with water
What happens when muscles are filler with water? - They get bigger and bloat.
Are there muscles in your face? - Yes.

well like @pinterest said there are muscles in your face, it does "bloat" the muscles rather than underneath the skin

yeah, your muscles look bigger

but since the muscles in your face are miniature, the actual size difference is marginal, at best

the biggest muscle would be the massater, and i dont see why you wouldn’t want your massater to look marginally bigger

creatine bloat doesnt bloat you like normal water retention, as like you said, it only collects in muscles

the issue of facial bloating from creatine is literally nonexistent, especially when compared to the actual benefits of it

your right for the most part except that you are gonna be bloated under the skin for a week or 2 since the body has to adapt to the amount of extra water it has to hold
