Theory : Brown fat increases when exposed to cold temperature. Increased brown fat=hooded eyes
Support of theory:
1. Yes brown fat does increase with cold temperature and ice. As our body produces heat to keep it warm brown fat is activated.
2. Wim hof and some people who did this have hooded eyes.
Against :
1. Cryolipolysis is a surgery done to remove white fat using ice. It literally freezes the fat at around 4 degree Celsius. If we have any white fat in forehead and doing this, It might go. Keep in mind it takes few weeks for fat to go away from forehead.
2. Brown fat might not be in forehead or eyebrow area since even Wikipedia shows babies having them only till neck area so how could adults have them in forehead. Brown fat is small and found in inner organs. Most of visible fat is white fat.
There is no way icing can reduce brown fat. But there is a huge way it can end white fat, so if there is more of white fat in forehead. It’s over for your and my upper eyelid exposure in few months.
So if our eyebrows have brown fat then hooded eyes else increased UEE is possible.
