Cope ends here. Forward growth begins now.
1. Nose Breathing
Mouth breathing causes the maxilla to drop and the mandible to recede. If you notice mouth breathers tend to have a more saggy face, weak jawlines and recessed chins. Some thing you can do is mewing 24/7, breathe slowly during workouts through your nose and tape your mouth when sleeping.

2. Hard mewing
Hard mewing is when you keep your tongue firmly suctioned to the roof of your mouth with proper pressure (more pressure than normal mewing).

3. Chin tucks
Fixes nerd neck which ruins jawline projection and makes your chin look retarded.
Stand straight Infront of a wall, facing the opposite direction of the wall.
Pull your head backwards to form as many double chins as possible.
Hold for 10 seconds and repeat as many times as you want.

4. Head posture
If your head is titlted down all the time, you'll look like a turtle. So simply just keep your ears aligned with your shoulder and imagine a string pulling the top of your head upwards.

5. Body posture
If your body is slouched your face is slouched. Hunched shoulder weaken neck support, which ruins neck jaw separation. Plus with better posture you'll look more confident.

6. Incisor chewing exercise
Chewing with your incisor activates front jaw more than chewing with molars. This is important for the chin area. So try to chew harder foods like carrots, steak, celery, nuts etc. using front teeth Try to implement daily for at least 15 minutes.

But what if I'm over 18 or fully developed?'
Well some of the things I have mentioned might work but you can always do surgeries such as:
Dermal fillers (temporary)
Chin implant/genioplasty (permanent but invasive)
