PART1: GENETIC CONSTITUTION
The first thing We will look at is the density of the iris fibers. Think of these fibers like the threads of a fabric. This tells you your inherited constitutional strength ,basically, how much stress your body can take and how quickly you recover.

Silk (Good Constitution)
