I’ve been on mt2 for 2 weeks and I get around 10-20 minutes of sunlight per day and I’ve seen absolutely zero difference in my skin tone except that I got like 100 more freckles on my arms and body. I’m extremely extremely pale like I havent gotten sun at all in around 2-3 years before I started mt2. And for people who say “up the dose” I’m already on the max dose so I’m wondering what I should do?

yeah 10-20mins is nothing boyo, get at least 40min

yeah, and if u have a gym membership you can go to their tanning cabins and stay there like 10 mins even less maybe and you should be good

Do you live in US? If so then what gyms do you know of that have tanning booths that are like major chains not just local to you?

im in canada and all the main gyms got tanning in some subscriptions for 18+
