For me it helped day one, but it doesnt matter anyway, you should take it and go to bed shortly after.

take 15-30 min before u go to sleep
i take 1.5 mg

Yes you will feel very tired the first time you take it.

However continued use will have diminishing effects as you build a tolerance to it.

Use it a couple times a week max, on days where you actually need it and the effects should stay strong.
