How much of Both Should I Take at 16 weekly or Daily be honest

I was on both at 18 so I can’t really hate, but I took:
-50mcg MT2 (every other day)
-1mg GHK-CU (daily)
Both low dosed because mt2 I got bad nausea, and no particular reason with ghk-cu. If you need advice, pm me about it
