Melatonin 20-200mg in EU

Folks who live in Europe, do you know any melatonin suppliers? My bottle with 10mg capsules that I bought in Russia is running out. So I'm needing a new one soon.
But in Europe anything above 3mg is unable to be delivered.
So how did we come to be here? I mean I bought a bunch of peptides and prescription compounds but can not buy a melatonin pill?
