I’ll explain how you can store or hide your HGH. It’s important to keep them hidden protect them from heat and light and most importantly your parents, make sure they’re stored in a way that doesn’t draw attention and i will give some examples.

This is the best method to keep them in room temp, away from light and also if your parents find it they could not open it as it’s locked. Hide the box itself nicely in somewhere that won’t draw attention, and there you go that’s how you could hide HGH in lyophilised form (powder form before reconstitution)
If your parents find it you can always lie and tell them it’s weed/cigars/vape or anything you can come up with that’s in there, but depending on your family that can also cause a big problem. So be careful with your words and don’t freak out, stay calm.
Costs around $50~ and choose a big size, lock boxes are usually small so a big size is like 30cmX30cm so big enough for all the vials, needles anything.
Now the real risk is after you reconstitute the HGH and it becomes a liquid form which is then injectable, one vial is usually 10iu which is a high dose and shouldn’t be used in my opinion.
So you need to store it cooled/refrigerated so that it doesn’t degrade and so that you can use the remaining liquid later on. There is a few ways for this one each with its own risks so I’ll explain them here.

If you live together with your family you probably can’t just put a vial of HGH in the family fridge so this may be an option. Tell your family you will buy a mini fridge to store your skincare/sodas in there and store the HGH in there, maybe cut a can of soda in half and put the hgh vial in and put the can back together. Be creative with it.

So this one is riskier but another possible option if you can’t store your HGH in a mini fridge. This one is up to you, choose a product that the rest of your family doesn’t use or something you’ve bought for yourself and put the vial in it, of course clean it nicely first.
If someone finds it try to calm them down and tell them that it’s for your skin health or think of some other creative reason.
Injection:
This differs from source to source as if you go with pharma you need to inject with a pen which is really simple thats why i will be explaining how to inject from a vial.
Gather Your Supplies
Insulin Syringes: Choose 29–31 gauge, 0.5 ml or 1 ml syringes with short 8mm needles.
Alcohol Swabs: For disinfecting the vial tops and your skin.
Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water): To mix your HGH.
Sharps Container: For safe disposal of used needles.
Prepare for Your Injection
Fill Syringe: Clean the vial top with an alcohol swab, then draw the appropriate dose of HGH.
Dosage & Timing: Typically, 5-6 IU is a good starting point. If needed, you can split the dose into two injections (e.g., 3 IU in the morning, 3 IU in the evening). Some prefer injecting only in the evening. You should fill the syringe up till the 30 mark.
Clean the Injection Site
Choose the Site: The belly area, around 3 fingers away from the navel, is a common spot for subcutaneous injections.
Clean the Skin: Use an alcohol swab to clean the chosen area to prevent infection.
Inject HGH
Pinch the Skin: Gently pinch a small fold of skin at the injection site.
Insert the Needle: Insert the needle at a 45-degree angle into the skin.
Inject Slowly: Gently push the plunger to inject the HGH.
Post-Injection: After the injection, remove the needle and apply light pressure with a cotton swab to the site if needed.
Dispose of the Needle
Dispose Properly: Place the used needle in a sharps container or a thick plastic bottle as fast as possible.

Now that we have the HGH all figured out we can move onto how you can use HGH synergistically with other compounds to increase its effectiveness, but this comes with more risks as other compounds cause other sides.
If you want to use your HGH efficiently you should preferably inject on an empty stomach then wait 15-30 minutes and consume fast-acting carbs like sugar and amino acids.
You could also inject insulin instead, for example lantus insulin which I’ve added to the advanced stack.
Your diet, sleep and overall activity should be perfect for a more efficient HGH usage, the sleep is the most important one here so focus on improving them as they already naturally give a boost in your gh levels.
There are also other things like gh secretagogues which I’ll talk about in another thread, but HGH is more effective compared to them so you should only consider other peptides if you’re running low financially.

Bloodwork:
You should do baseline bloodwork to get a starting point of your health, then follow up after 6 weeks on cycle, and then every few months during the cycle. Here’s what you should check in the bloodwork:
IGF-1
This is the most direct marker for HGH. As HGH raises IGF-1 levels, checking this will confirm if the HGH isn’t bunk and doing its job and giving you the effects you wanted.
Testosterone Levels
Total Testosterone: This shows your overall testosterone levels.
Free Testosterone: This tells you how much of that testosterone is actually available to be used by your body. You want these levels to be high, but within a healthy normal range.
Estradiol (E2):
Testosterone can turn into estrogen, which can lead to side effects like water retention or gynecomastia. Aromasin is there to prevent this, but you should still check estradiol levels to ensure you’re managing estrogen properly.
Thyroid Function (TSH, Free T4, Free T3)
HGH can speed up the conversion of T4 into T3, which might stress your thyroid. Testing TSH, Free T4, and Free T3 will show how well your thyroid is working. If these get out of balance, it could affect your energy and fat metabolism, thats why you could have some thyroid support in hand just incase.
Lipid Panel (Cholesterol and Triglycerides)
Both testosterone and aromasin can impact cholesterol levels, so it’s important to check your lipid panel. High LDL (bad cholesterol) or low HDL (good cholesterol) could increase your risk for heart issues for later on.
Liver Function (ALT/AST)
Both testosterone and aromasin can stress your liver slightly, so checking liver enzymes ensures your liver is staying healthy.
PCT:
If you don’t plan to use any testosterone or other compounds that suspend natural testosterone levels, then you can basically skip this part as HGH and AI require no pct.
Do you need PCT? No not really most of the time it only helps you recover back faster or can be used to keep your balls alive and not atrophy during the stack. but if you are younger or doing higher/harsher doses or compounds you could benefit from some pct or if you are paranoid of the fact that your balls will atrophy .
You can for example go for some hcg while on the stack or after the stack, but never use SERMs as they may stunt growth (not sure).
BG (Blood Glucose) Monitor
Wash your hands, insert a strip into the meter, and use the lancet to prick the side of your fingertip. Squeeze out a drop of blood, touch it to the strip, and wait a few seconds for the reading. That’s it.
Best times to check: first thing in the morning (fasted) or after meals to see how your body handles carbs.

How many inches of height will i gain?
If your growth plates are still open (If you are in your teens, still showing signs of puberty so youngcells), HGH can actually make you 2-6 inches taller over time depending on your genetics, dosing, and how much growth potential you have left.
If your growth plates are closed (oldcells), HGH won’t make your bones longer. BUT it can help decompress your spine a little bit and will hydrate the discs that will cause improvement in posture so you might gain like half an inch to maybe an inch max depending on your situation.
Will HGH increase my dick size?
If you’re still developing (like during puberty most of the time below 16), then yes, HGH can indirectly boost penis growth because it boosts overall tissue growth through IGF-1.
If you’re already an adult, HGH won’t suddenly add new inches. So it won’t work could make it healthier indirectly tho.
Will HGH improve my frame?
Possibly yes, HGH usage over prolonged periods (around 5–6 IU ED) can thicken bones particularly your clavicles (your shoulders) and ribs. Over some time your whole frame can start looking broader, thicker, and denser. It’s one of the most important feature for frame.
Will it make my spine grow?
If your growth plates are still open (puberty/pre-puberty or a really late bloomer), HGH can actually make your spine grow longer, the vertebrae themselves can still lengthen because the plates haven’t fused yet.
But if your growth plates are already closed, HGH won’t have any physical effect on your spine, because the bones are already fused.
Is it worth it?
There are a lot of risks that come with it and responsibilities you have like bloodwork, and if you want the stack to be even more efficient you need to add the compounds like testosterone which add a lot of risks depending on how you respond.
Even if you are okay with it now there is a high chance you’ll regret it later on.
Keep in mind that there are no guarantees for height or bone growth and you wont know how you will respond, and i can confidently say that there is not even one hyper-responder (Someone who responds extremely good) in this whole forum.
As I’ve said earlier you could get all the sides and 0 growth or experience no sides.
I personally believe and it’s probably the truth that you can’t surpass your genetic potential, i just got my HGH today may share my experience on it later on.
