my circadian rhythm is extremely off due to restless nights. I just got back from a party this morning, and did not sleep at all during the night, and then slept till 8pm. i've been debating utilizing melatonin to reset my rhythm so I can actually get good sleep, but im concerned about its effects on the thyroid, will it be okay if I use it for one night? what dosage should I take
