i have trouble sleeping over 8 hours, every night i wake up in the middle of the night

COULD MELATONIN "RESTART" MY NATURAL PRODUCTION IF I TAKE IT SOMETIMES

im not sure about that, but ive used it to reset my sleep schedule (i.e. sleeping early at 8)

but im pretty sure it worsens natural melatonin production. either way, u might just need less sleep than other people
