Melatonin is so gold

i take 2 mg last night and sleeped like 12 hours + 40-50 mg of zinc and 300 magnesium,
I imagine how my sleep will be on 5-10 mg of melatonin

Melatonin isn't linear dude.. Taking more doesn't give you "more sleep"
