I think I have the base rn to look decent at 60 or even 70. No obvious signs of aging so far, so if I could only maintain skin quality and hair and hop on trt by 50 I'll achieve this

I'm following a pescatarian diet atm and the results are noticeable tbh. mainly skin quality, never looked clearer
