This is not a forum solely dedicated for people who have surgery. You can looksmax in other ways that can have as much impact, if not more, than certain surgeries.

Also take into account age and current economic status of the large majority of users which isn't optimal to afford cosmetic procedures.

The biggest aspect of this forum is that you can talk about anything no matter how wild it is and folks can understand you. Literally the only place on the internet JFL.

What's the amount of users who have the money to get procedures to improve their looks but do nothing? Its low. And getting there takes its steps.
