certain hormones make you look and act a certain way, and shape your body in different ways depending on what stage of life you are in
if you give a man estrogen he will become a woman but wont have a vagina, female skeleton or female chromosomes simply becuase he got estrogen too late
if you give a woman testosterone she will become a man but wont have a male skeleton, penis or male chromosomes because she got testosterone too late, her clitoris will expand and will look mostly identical to a penis though.

A women cannot grow a proper penis no matter how much hormones she pumps into her unless potentially done in utero. Same applies to a man. Genitalia does not determine sex, this is a deception. The Influence of chemical composition determines sex, There's so many micro hormonal channels that we are unable to replicate. Estrogen and test are not the only male hormones. So this idea that you can just transform a man into a women or vice versa via chemicals and surgery is downright false both scientifically and logically.

Your mixing right and wrong. Men and women are not the same biologically. This is a fact.

I get your point, we are all part of the human species in some form, but the logic to your title is false. 100% false.

In the womb, a person is androgynous. Puberty/ the natural template of hormonal progression starts to favor sex hormones during growth. This process is likely determined/blueprinted from the seed/egg process. So even that idea that hormones determine sex is also to be treaded very lightly and according to scientific progression.

And personally, you can give a women testosterone and im pretty sure you would still be able to tell its women, and vise versa. there is still a dominant hormonal mental/physical pattern, saturation etc., in regards to sex, that suddenly changing your chemical composition just cant get rid of. Whether u can notice those differences or not depends on capability.
