Quite possibly the only good thing single women are useful for is if you're a landlord.

Some nigger from Portugal moved into my flat in January and he already cost me £3000 of damages / repairs. Never took care of my flat. Unclean bastard. Always paid rent late too. Kicked him out last month.

Last month a SINGLE girl only 23 years old moved in. She is squeaky clean. The property is immaculate. She takes care of things real good.

Women are just better than men as tenants. 100% undisputable. It's their nature. That why they have historicallt been housewives 'house-wives'? They BELONG in the home. It's her sanctuary. Men belong outside toiling and working. The home is what they exploit.
As a landlord it drives me crazy. I'm never renting any property to a man ever again! Fuck men!

Also if my new tenant misses rent I could just ask her to provide me sexual services as payment
