Men do more than women to maintain/improve their appearance

Went to a scar laser removal and during the consultation we started chatting and brought up that 80% of her patients were male.

Men getting fillers, hair transplants, imperfections lasered off etc.

We're at a point in time where more men are hitting the gym, having skin routines, getting cosmetic surgery and other various methods meanwhile women are just putting on makeup, mashing down birth control and eating like shit JFL.

A huge redpill for me was realizing how much the average guy does now to simply be slightly better than other men to get average, and below average women's chance of giving them more attention.

He is right though in some aspects. Many men on dating apps are gymcelling (judging by pictures, I did run some tests as a foid to see how the competition looks in my area), even though their face is lacking. They prolly think that gymcelling raises their chances (which it does, but not as much as most men prolly think).

Other than that- procedures nowadays are more accessible than ever, also financially achievable, thus more men end up using it. I guess also more and more ppl realize that materialistic things in life dont really make oneself happy, and realize that the money is best invested in improving your own appearance. You cant do anything wrong by investing money in yourself, if you dont go bat shit crazy about it. Having all the materialistic things like electronics, tons of clothes, shoes etc. doesnt make us happy in the long run. Its usually just a temporary cope.

OPs ovservation is correct unfortunately. With a hole you cant really lose and you dont even have to do that much as a woman. Just dont overuse the fork, put makeup on and youre good most of the time.
