Well, you definitely would need to be working out a few times a week, eating healthy getting ya vital nutrients/taking supplements or herbs, you definitely will need good genetics cuz if you got cucked testosterone levels in ya teens and 20s you gonna be 5x more fucked in the future. And for some people they have good/straight genetics, healthy diet with no supplements but that’s rare with all the chemicals and gmo these faggots keep putting in our food and water.
