I personally don't care about hair length but Women who cut their hair short in general are masculine so logically Men who are attracted to shorter hair are more feminine. And Men who are attracted to shorter hair on Women always end up calling them "Mommy"

Just look at Gio Scotti's fanbase. She's attractive but she's not that dimorphic which is why they're so obsessed with her.
