Men were cursed with horniness in everyway possible. There are no benefits to horniness on a individual level, only in the big picture, it has led to more reproduction.
Why did it have to be that men are so horny by nature but 70% of them never find a release. Women on the other hand are no where near as horny as men and even though they dont desire it as much, they are the ones being chased and validated.
This is why i say you should try to not even actively pursue/search for women or a relationship. For 90% of men its gonna be not worth the energy spent for a quick release of dopamine. You should looksmax only for the social benefits or confidence in yourself/self improvement. It is best to just go about life without thinking about women but if your put in the right natural situation (Iois from a female friend/coworker) then it would be worth pursuing the relationship since its easily accessible and not a waste of energy.
Dating apps should only be used if your a chad who can meet and fuck whenever he wants or to check/validate your own looks level. If your a htn, it means you can occasionally slay girls from dating apps but in my opinion its not worth the time you invested for a nut. For most men its gonna also be a waste of time and energy when you could be using that time on something you actually enjoy (learning skills,making money, meeting friends, hobbies etc).
