Seriously. It's either dudes are laughably unaware of their true height or just straight up lie. I once saw a 5'6 dude claiming he was 5'8 (which is laughable because i'm 5'8.5). He said he was 5'8 barefoot and 5'9 with shoes (fcking lol). Dude wasn't even my height even with shoes. I'm 5'8.5 without shoes but with shoes I can reach near 5'10. I think this is the reason alot of women literally think certain heights are shorter than they actually are. If you got dudes who're 5'5 claiming they're 5'7, or 5'6 claiming they're 5'8, or 5'10 claiming they're 6 feet, you got problems. Now you got women thinking men are shorter than they actually are. No wonder why women claim they don't want any men under a certain height because all these dudes out here heightfrauding. Personally, I'd say to use your barefoot height and add half an inch. Like if you're 5'8.5 like me barefoot, claim you're 5'9. This is because your height can fluctuate a bit based on your exercise routine, what you eat, and how well you sleep. Although, yes, I can reach near 5'10 with shoes. However, if you ever were to get out of shoes, there will not be a drastic different between half an inch and over an inch. Especially these dudes who're claiming they're 2 inches taller than they actually are.
