Mental fear of bulking

Someone on here told me I have the jock pheno but my body doesn’t match, which is true. For a long time now I’ve been obsessed with facial aesthetics and being lean which means my lifts have plateaued forever and I’m still a skinny bitch.

Has anyone found tricks to mentally deal with purposely looksminning yourself by bulking? Lean really is law, and you know this if you’ve ever gotten lean. Walking around in public with a lazy outfit and some acne but a debloated face, I get way more attention than when I have a bloated face but dressed up with perfect skin. It’s pretty crazy.

I grew up fat and ugly as fuck so i guess ive developed a fear of gaining weight after I got out of my gymcel phase and into looksmaxxing.

unless your taking roids, bulking is a big looksmin as a natty do not do it

Never bulk. Anything over a 200 surplus is pointless and will result in more fat gain.
