i have diagnosed bipolar affective disorder I’m not a bad looking guy based on feedback and reactions from females and treatment and respect etc as soon as I visit a clinic and socialize again and females smile at me and talk to me or people respect me I become normal
but when my depressive episode starts i don’t leave the house I think I’m the biggest subhuman on earth and I start believing I’m disabled I should fix my Theeth Even if my teeth are straight and wide palate etc and quite white

god why did you give me bipolar
Now Thank god I’m in normal state and not in a depressive or manic episode
And I think clear and neutral without delusions
Have to be on mood stabilizers otherwise I would be gone

Yes bro on lithium carbonate I take 4 pills daily because I have a fast metabolism and have to do blood work every month to check TSH and Serum lithium goal is to be at 0,8
It can be a life saver indeed what truly saved my life is trt I started lithium 4 weeks ago

Just choose not to have that stuff. Bipolor is like tai chi. It doesn't have any effect on you unless you believe in it.
