Mental health maxxing advice please

Feel like absolute shit all the time down and anxious. Im on 1500 kcal a day diet so the foods I eat are all clean and protein rich. I dont want to cope with alcohol for obvious reasons like more calories, rebound depression and the fact the effects of alcohol wear off pretty fast. My shit mood has nothing to do with my appearance just came on a couple of months ago and wont go. Dieting is the only thing I can be motivated to do. Even worse today for some stupid reason I took ritilin in the morning and the comdown is about to set in which is going to exacerbate my shitty feelings.

Give me copes, some chocolate? What
