Mental health struggle

Before 17 I had everything good physique, top of my class , making good money for my age, after that my mind was fucked up idk what happened I went to a shrink cause I was hopeless and I was diagnosed with strong OCD and MDD idk how that shit happened to me now I’m at college lost shit tone of muscle barely passing and rooting most of the time tried to suicide 3 times but failed lmao even a failure at suicide idk what to do or how to go back every time I try to force myself to do anything productive I just can’t my mind is stopping me. hope anyone can help or understand.
