Mental health update

I had been depressed for the past year and the only thing keeping me from roping were temporary ego boosts, video games and my friends.
Now that spring break has started ive mostly been outside.Still no slays
Being all day outside really helped me
For some reason i feel uneasy around my mother, i feel like something is wrong with her.
Also i really need to get a cry out, but i just cant.

understandable, maybe not a good idea to focus on a forum centered around edgy jokes and judgement when going through a tough time. never rope twin, ive been in a place like that and it does get better i promise, just stay chilling outside with your friends, itll make you feel better. the slays will come eventually, just focus on happiness and the loving people you have around you
