Already working out and eating healthy
No social media

I will do anything to not feel this way dw
Ill be honest I do it like once a week that too because my lifestyle is really healthy and it just felt natural
Even once a week is too much
Better for energy than cooming more
But for mental effects, the important thing is to stop feeling the need to coom, especially to others. This freedom is what really helps

for me, getting blood tests and seeing what I was deficient in and the health issues I needed to fix helped with my mental health more than SSRI's and medication ever could, usually if you aren't mentally well its your body fighting something or warning you of something, definitely not the case for everyone tho but its smart to get check ups.

also going outside a lot would probably help
 
I did my blood test 2 months ago and found out I was deficient in b 12 and took a dose and fixed it and also complete it through my diet now
I go outside everyday to gardens or when I play sports
Its not like I cannot talk to people or anything I would say I am great at it but it just feels that I am never enough and will always be lonely
