Mental illness is *not* a chemical imbalance in the brain - your gut is the key to health

You're absolutely right. I should stop after so many years because I'm already an old man.

People on the street call me uncle or "Habibi" and men blow me kisses.

I'm going to save up a little more money so I can realize my dream as soon as possible: a trip to the greatest country on earth, the United States of America.

Health, both mental and physical, is the most important thing in life, so you should always make sure to consume organic or wild-harvested foods rich in various flavonoids, anthocyanins, chlorophyll, Lactobacillus, and Bifidobacterium.

The same goes for deep sleep, exercise, all other important nutrients, heirloom vegetables, and, in addition, foods rich in sulfur to boost glutathione.

In the United States of America, you can find just about anything.

Medicinal mushrooms, pine pollen, heirloom cocoa, algae like spirulina and chlorella, chewing gum with pure organic xylitol, natural sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit, vitamin C in the form of whole fruits like acerola cherry, camu camu, amla, rose hips, and kakadu plum, etc.

Great thread .what should I take to remove OCD?

Thank you so much for your positive message.

I myself struggled with severe obsessive thoughts throughout my childhood and adolescence and also searched for a solution.

However, I'd like to add that my obsessive thoughts may have been triggered (this is just my guess) by some traumatic experiences in my early years (alcoholism in the family, social exclusion, teasing, and bullying at school).

As a result, I developed a very anxious and insecure personality.

In addition, I had heavy metal toxicity (mercury) because almost all of my teeth had amalgam fillings. I only had these removed as an adult.

May I ask if you've already tried supplementing with nutrients like vitamin B12, D3, C, and E, selenium, zinc, magnesium, and perhaps probiotics?

I'm sorry to hear that I also had a traumatic upbringing as my grandma would beat me everyday .

That's probably why we developed OCD.

Ive had a few psychedelic trips to try and remove it but the relief was temporary.

I wanted to go to India to get gamma ray surgery on the part of my amygdala that causes fear.

Thank you very much for your kind words.

I'm so sorry to hear what happened to you.

I can imagine that many people develop obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, and panic attacks as a result of traumatic experiences in their lives.

What really helped me personally were nutrients, antioxidants, and fermented foods like (raw) sauerkraut that hadn't been heated or pasteurized. The same goes for kimchi, kefir, and yogurt.

Also, detoxifying from heavy metals and other environmental toxins, and overcoming my insecure, anxious personality, even though that's not always easy, helped.

Have you already tried to cover all nutrients as best as possible?

I read a while ago that psilocybin can help with obsessive-compulsive disorder, however, every person should be *very* careful about consuming any psychoactive plants, but that's just my opinion.
