He didn't like his results because he said it made him look too much like a dog in real life. That was 7mm, so 8mm really is a lot. You also will have to get zygo augmentation after bimax to match your lower third, or it will look unharmonious.

Doesn’t look doglike to me. Honestly seems legit. Better than the results I’ve seen elsewhere.

Look at how forward his nose base is, to me it is slightly overdone. In any case its always better to be slightly safer than sorry. Too much advancement and you can look freaky, slightly too little advancement and you still have a really big improvement but without the risk. Even 6mm upper jaw advancement is a lot, most bimax results you see use about 4mm.

No its hard, the surgeons usually do a morph but even they cant fully accurate and predictive.

And that was 5mm upper jaw advancement with 14.5 lower jaw (because it was further back). See how big of an impact even 5mm upper jaw advancement has on the philtrum and nose? This is why I strongly recommend being conservative and not going over 6mm. Your starting point is not recessed enough to warrant that. The more you get, the more likely to fuck up the aesthetics of the nose tip and philtrum

Around 15k dollars yes. I think you would want it after bimax though, a lot of people do. Save up I guess, no wasting money on ubereats like 95% of young people do nowadays lol

Then your upper midface would improve but your lower third (from nostrils down) would not match. You need both, but if you had to get only 1 surgery, I would take the bimax over implants because your maxilla/upper jaw is the most recessed part of your face.

Not anything thats a good long term solution. You could get temporary fillers while saving up for implants, but they usually look slightly fake, but not terrible, and still an upgrade from natural looking flat cheeks.

I'm seriously considering the fillers for cheeks just to do something. It's messing up my life right now and if the fillers would get me over a 5 while im waiting it would be life altering tbh

Not sure I still have to do a sleep study and then it might take months before they get me an appointment. That’s why I wanted to do something in the meantime. Am I that ugly as is or is it just that I’m not model tier because I’m going crazy feeling like this rn

Yeah but dont make brash decisions because you feel crazy in the moment. Look up some cheek filler results and info hwhat you like, just make sure whatever you get that the filler is temporary and dissolves.
