If you’re a manlet you can take hgh + ais when in puberty or ll when you get older. If you’re a framelet you can get clav surgery and gymmaxx with roids.
Obviously if you have a bad face there’s a plethora you could do, and many surgeries to improve yourself. However if there is something wrong with your mind it is essentially impossible to fix it without permanent negative alteration. Like a lobotomy.
Taking drugs is obv a solution but it is extremely bad for your physical health and longevity. Moreover, it’s only temporary and quite expensive. Even if you take drugs you’ll still be autistic. You’ll still have issues when talking to people or doing things.
