So mentolabial fold is bad thing? I have big one and my lower lip is full, but i don't have upper one. Most of the people who have full lips tend to don't have big Mentolabial Fold.

The Fold or groove between your chin and lower lip.

This is fixable with with bone graft to the mentolabial sulcus and also genioplasty. Grooves (but not tight folds) can also be softened with fat grafts.
