Mercury is good

Mercury dangers are tales. Mercury is only dangerous if injected (like in some vaccines) ingested or smoked mercury is not dangerous.

Mercury is has been banned in most countries since the beginning of the 21st century, but for some reason they won't ban aluminium, iron or zinc which in excess also cause health problems.

I see iron, zinc and other supplements but no mercury. I wonder why.

It has a bunch of other heavy metals that are already in excess in our bodies so probably not the best source of mercury
