When you are making a post asking for advice, unless it is actually relevant, there is no reason to include your specific age or country. Your goal should be to shortly paint a descriptive picture to any 1/10 high iq people who see your post so they can give you the best help possible. I see this all the time in the ratings, peptide questions, etc and it is so retarded to me.
Example of where it would be relevant, because if he were still a teenager it would be a much different story:
