Find a way to escape it. If you are forced to take it, find a way to better your behavior so that you can get out of being institutionalized.

I went from 22 BMI to 19 BMI by just dropping my jew meds. Only bad thing was that I also came back to these forums after stopping my treatment for bipolar, aside from getting a bit more manic and schizo but thats beside the point
