U can talk to them through group projects, volunteer organizations etc and try to invite them to things. Better if u have friends and they invite their friends so it creates social proof between everyone. Cold approaching in college isnt ideal tbh. Might work if ur very gl, otherwise, u have to get to know them naturally.
