How tf does it hurt if its under anaesthetic? And how do they put the anesthesia like the actual movement

The injection hurts abit the same as any other injections it dosnt hurt when they put the filler in

its like just getting a normal needle injection in your shoulder or some shit as a kid its the same pain level so basically it doesnt hurt

Do u think its smart to claim the thickest point of ur dick when measuring girth? My base is the thickest at 5.5 but it seems larpish if i claim 5.5 while my mid section is 5
