  1. Hormones - The main hormones that work to make you look better are HGH, IGF - 1 and Androgens like testosterone. HGH produced from the pituitary gland controls and regulates most other hormones. The most important function of HGH is that it influences the production of IGF - 1 from the liver.IGF -1 builds new cells, cartilage and bones. Androgens like testosterone deepen voice, masculinizes your facial structure and builds muscles.Testosterone stimulates bone forming cells like osteoblasts and promote periosteal apposition - a process which adds bones to the outer surface of bones to make it wider and thicker. In summary HGH tells the liver to produce more IGF-1 which directly builds new cells, cartilage and bones and androgens like testosterone masculinizes your features and adds more bones to the outer surface. HGH also drives growth in height during puberty with lengthening of bones along with other functions like protein synthesis , fat metabolism etc.Due to these effects hormones prove to be vital in looking better and it can be maximised in many ways such as better sleep , high intensity exercise, and diet.




Sleep
-Minimum of 9 to 10 hours of sleep daily.Highest amounts of HGH released during deep sleep.Testosterone drops with inconsistent sleep.Cortisol rises with sleep deprivation. ( Cortisol is catabolic—it breaks down muscle tissue and inhibits protein synthesis. It also suppresses testosterone, growth hormone, and IGF-1, all critical for muscle development.)Muscle recovery and growth declines. To improve sleep - Wake up at the same time and sleep at the same time everyday. This is to improve your circadian rhythm. Cut all light before sleep (especially blue light) at least 2 or 3 hours before bed and get sunlight around 10 - 20 minutes right when you wake up. Take a warm bath around 1 hour or 1.5 hours before bed to mimic dropping of core temperature for better deep sleep and to help in falling asleep faster. It should be pleasantly warm, not hot.Working hard during the day helps in increasing sleep pressure (adenosine). It can be both mental and physical work. Note: This work should be done only until 3 hours before bedtime.Use a good heavy blanket.The temperature should be cool and room should be dark.Drink water with a little salt before bedtime to reduce going to pee in the night.Eat serotonin boosting foods like eggs, almonds and cheese 2-3 hours before bed.Try to eat your breakfast as soon as you wake up to sink your metabolic clock with your circadian clock.

The next part is just to loosen up the sutures and to help in mewing and thumbpulling -

  2. massage and press these areas upwards and to the front of the maxilla and repeat this until the premolars. ( the teath after the canines.)
  3. then apply pressure laterally and upwards to apply pressure on suture. keep for 20 seconds

  4. These previous steps only relax the sutures for the facepulling routine NOTE: FACEPULLING IS TO BE DONE WITH VERY MINIMAL PRESSURE ON THE FACE. nerves may get damages if too much pressure

  6. ↑hold this part of the nose and press upwards with the other hand on the eyelash end using minimal pressure. When applying pressure breathe in and stop applying pressure after breathing in. Repeat this on the other side too. DOUBTS : May increase eyelid exposure.

  11. place on finger on the top part of the zygomatic cheek bone and the other at the lower part and apply pressure to the opposite sides

  13. this part of facepulling should be done very carefully because it is a vulnerable part of the face

    These loosen up the sutures of the skull to thumbpull and mew. Thumbpulling acc not cope and it works my face used to be super long and now its a bit long only i cant provide proofs nd shit so dont ask me about it.

    so like i need some help in like basically gathering nd writing some guides especially only in softmaxxes since .org is alr filled with hardmaxxes and whatnot. contact me at fluxiond in discord to help in gathering a collection of guides. so it basically if you contribute something useful and shit you can get in as a member and reap the benefits and rn im just gathering ALL the different shit all the influencers preach and compiling their methods rn the categories are like this.

TL;DR:





  • Hormones + sleep = looks: HGH → IGF-1 builds tissue/bone; testosterone masculinizes. Maximize with deep, consistent sleep, hard training, good diet.
  • Sleep is king: 9–10 hrs, strict schedule, dark/cool room, morning sunlight = higher HGH/test, lower cortisol.
  • Face stuff: Massages/facepulling are meant to relax sutures to support mewing/thumbpulling—use very light pressure to avoid nerve damage.
