They asked me where I was from, I said India and they were like "oh wow, our country friends, love India but you are Punjabi, right?", Then had a conversation for 5 minutes, then asked each other our names, and they were like "but you said you Punjabi, why Hindu name" and their countenance seemed like I punched their gonads saying it

From the phrasing of what they said its clear that these guys hate Punjabis since they make up the bulk of the Pak army especially during 1971.

Just like bjp incel types getting overly obsessed about historical injustices, these guys were of that breed.
