Met this new girl

So I met this girl on a party and she looked like she was into me. She even told me she has seen me before in other parties. We had a chat and she is down to hang out "whenever I want". But I've seen her stories. She's out with her friends all day clubbing etc and yesterday she was in a car with another dude. I was planning to ask her out for a date but now I'm thinking should I just straight ask her to Netflix and chill in my home? What do you guys suggest?
