How prevalent looks are in comparison to fashion and confidence is very dependent on context tbf, in the club you might get away with being low PSL by dressing well and appearing confident, but that also depends on the club you're going to and other factors...

Also, quality is not taken into consideration in studies like that, a low PSL guy can find a girl but he might also be in a shitty relationship with her, generally-speaking I would say that looks still dominate most case scenarios regarding dating, but if you're below a certain bar of confidence, fashion, status and money your looks might not be able to compensate for all those other things.
