Theoretically if u have a 0.9 midface or something and close set eyes u can ascend heavily from OBO, But ur just gonna get trauma anyway and ur life will never be the same

Any flaw related to the orbitals (eye distance, shallow-set, PFL, eyebrow shape) is the least operable. Eyes are technically part of your brain and therefore barely operable. And, at the same time, very common.

Flaws related to the nose and mouth are the most operable.
